Viewing site through Proxy:

To see the website on the server which has not still been pointed in the DNS please do the following steps.
1) Open the Internet Explorer Browser.
2) Go to tools>>Internet Options
3) Select Connections Tab, Click on Lan settings
4) In the proxy server field
5) Select Use a proxy server for your LAN
6) In the address field put the IP address of the server on which your new site is hosted.
7) In the port field put 80
