How to set up a Mailing List

Mailing List feature simplifies sending mass mail, allowing you to type a single address to send mail to multiple email addresses.

To create Mailing List,follow the below steps:

1. Login to the cPanel.

2. In the Mail section,click on Mailing Lists icon.

3. Type the mailing list name that you want,in the box to the right of List Name.

4. In the Password text box,enter the password that you wish to give to the mailing list and re-enter the same password in Password(again) box.
  • You can click the Password Generator link to generate a random strong password for you.

5. Click Add Mailing List to create the new mailing list.


To add Email ID's to the mailing list:

1. Login to mailing list using password that you have set.

2. Click on "Membership Management".

3. Click on "Mass subscription".

4. You can add all email-ids manually or you can upload file.

5. Click on "Submit Your Changes"
