To disable the Filter Rule:
1. Login to the cPanel.
2. In the Mail Section, click on Account Level Filtering.
3. Click on the Edit button which is parallel to the rule which you have set.
4. Scroll down & under the Actions click on the + sign (i.e. Add Sign).
5. From the second drop down menu, select Stop Processing rules & then delete the first action by clicking on - [Minus]sign (i.e. Delete Sign).
6. Click on Save button.
Filtering Rule will be disabled.
