The server supports the IIS feature of "IP and domain name restrictions".
The feature is also delegated to the sites. i.e. can be controlled through web.config file.

This can be configured in web.config of your site by you directly .

The section between the lines <system.webServer> and </system.webServer> are important to implement these restrictions.

Note: Prerequisite is use of Dot Net Framework 2.0 or higher.
Sites using Dot Net Framework 1.0 / 1.1 are NOT supported.
(This restriction is by Microsoft, NOT by us).

Sample Syntax:

<system.webServer>
<security>
   <ipSecurity allowUnlisted="true">    <!-- this line allows everybody, except those listed below -->
           <add ipAddress="1.2.3.4"/>     <!-- blocks the specific IP of 1.2.3.4  -->
       <add ipAddress="1.2.3.0" subnetMask="255.255.255.0"/>     <!--blocks network 1.2.3.0 to 1.2.3.255-->
       </ipSecurity>
</security
</system.webServer>
