Details of Maintenance:Datacenter Engineers will be making a series of routing improvements to the Legacy networks in
Houston and Dallas facilities to enhance traffic flows and allow for better utilization across the
Datacenter backbone. Work is being performed across multiple maintenance windows throughout
the month of August in a phased approach in order to ensure network stability and minimize
risk of extended service disruptions for any customer servers.

updates, as well as routing policy standardization.

During this event, the Legacy Planet DLLSTX7 (Plano Colocation) customer access routers
will be migrated to the final configuration. A separate notification will be sent to
colocation customers to discuss service impact for those not utilizing redundant
connections.

This is the fifth and final event in the series to migrate Legacy Dallas
distribution and customer access routers to the final configuration. Due to the number of
routers involved, work will be carried out in a rolling fashion across all three nights.

Impact Statement:During the scheduled times, customers may experience brief periods of packet loss or
increased latency to the Internet as routing changes are made. Additionally, there will
be periods of time when a limited subset of server to server communications will be disrupted at Houston/Dallas facilities.
