Dear Customer ,

From time to time we need to perform preventive maintenance and upgrades of our network systems to be able to provide the highest levels of service.

We have scheduled a maintenance of the firewall serving your server. During this maintenance the firewall system will be upgraded to the latest stable version.

Details of schedule & affected server are as follows.

Scheduled Date and Time: Sunday, 22 March, 2009
Maintenance Window Between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Affected IP Range: 59.162.73.192/26

This maintenance will require roughly TWO (2) hours of downtime for your server. During this maintenance your server will up & running, network connectivity to the server will be affected. The server may not be reachable during this maintenance period.

Caveats: Though the Maintenance is expected to be over far sooner, and Network connectivity is expected to be restored earlier than the time window mentioned, we are reserving the entire time window for the maintenance, to be able to monitor the performance of the upgraded system before declaring the end of maintenance.
