Dear Valued Customer,

Balasai Net Private Limited is committed to provide quality services and superior customer care. As a Service provider we believe in enabling clear, timely and transparent communication with our customers.

As a routine process we have scheduled to upgrade firmware of our Infrastructure present in CTRLS Mumbai IDC.

What Is Happening and When?
On September 22, 2018 begining 12:00 Noon to 17:00 Hrs IST, Balasai Net Pvt. Ltd. will initiate a firmware upgrade on server.

Who Will This Affect?
Client having shared hosting account on server.

In order to apply the upgrade, server reboot is required. While we do not expect any problems with the reboots, we will back up all the data.

Why Are We Upgrading?
This is a routine firmware upgrade and is mandatory to mitigate the new Security vulnerability identified.
