This is a notification regarding scheduled Power
Maintenance activity at Tata Communication Ltd. Data center.
What Is Happening?
In the interest of continuous improvement, and In order
to provide with uptime commitment, a non-service affecting
offline preventative maintenance activity of UPS is being
scheduled by upstream service provider (Tata Communication
Ltd).
This subject UPS systems provide power to IDC which houses our
equipment.
When this is Happening?
This planned maintenance activity is divided in 2
sections, which are mentioned below.
Schedule 1 (Load will be on UPS 2)
Start Date and time : 10th August 2019 at 20:00 HRS IST
End Date and time : 11th August 2019 at 02:00 HRS IST
Duration: 6 HRS
Schedule 2 (Load will be
on UPS 1)
Start Date and time : 11th August 2019 at 02:00 HRS IST
End Date and time : 11th August 2019 at 08:00 HRS IST
Duration: 6 HRS
What you need to keep in mind?
As per standard operational procedure, only one UPS
source to the equipment will be shut down for maintenance at
any given time and the secondary source will be live,
providing power to the device.
