Dear Customer,
Our Network Engineering team has identified a necessary firmware update for the firewalls which is routing the traffic in TATA Communication Data Center.
What Is Happening?
In the interest of continuous improvement, we are making a change to the infrastructure to improve reliability and ensure the highest level of security. The firewalls are having a Maintenance Release Firmware upgrade to be performed which will bring them up to the latest code recommended by the manufacturer.
What you need to keep in mind?
1) During this maintenance, there will be various times where packets in flight may be lost and/or latency is increased as the configurations are implemented. While the maintenance window is set for 1 hour, we expect a minimal downtime.
2) You might face problem with viewing of the site or accessing the server in this window.
