A) Customer clicks on the 'Add to Cart' button next to each product or services on your site.

B) He is then taken to the Shopping Cart on the CCAvenue server which has the exact look 'n' feel of your website, so the customer does not feel that he has moved to another website. He can click on "Add more Items" button to go back to your site and add/delete more items from the shopping cart. Alternatively, he can click on the "Pay and Finish" button and proceed to the Checkout Page.

C) On the checkout page he has various payment options available to him ( such as Visa and Master Card, HDFC Net Banking, ICICI Infinity Net Banking and other options.)

D) On authorization from the chosen payment option, CCAvenue validates the transaction and returns the customer to your site with a "Success" or "Failure" status of the transaction .

E) CCAvenue then updates your accounts and sends you an e-mail copy of your customer's order and delivery address. On dispatch of the order, you can update your account and receive payments from CCAvenue.
