1. Engineer Customer Support (CS-01) - 3 Posts
» Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience is must.
» Any Computer Science Graduates.

• Experience in the field of ISP services, Web Hosting Solutions, Servers and Server Management services.
• In-depth knowledge of System administration of Linux platform.
• Actual experience of configuring & managing DNS / Web / Mail and database servers is must.
• Ability to solve problems quickly.
• A solid understanding of an operating system; understands paging and swapping, inter-process communications, devices and what device drivers do, filesystem concepts (inode, clustering, logical partitions), can use performance analysis to tune systems.(*Nix based).
• Must have completed additional certifications like RHCE.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or verbally; good phone skills.
• Candidates without any practical experience need not apply.

2. Front Office Assistant (FO-01) : 1 Post
» Any Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in same Field .

• Excellent communication skills, smart, dynamic, intelligent and pleasing personality.
• Well versed in computers, to handle front office functions, Office Management, day-to-day operations.
• Operating the EPABX System.
• Responding to all incoming calls and making sure all calls are transferred to the respective individuals.
• Co-ordination between Front Office and Back Office.
• Knowledge of Administrative work will be an advantage.
• Pashan Based will be preferred.
